Ebonyi State Governor, David Umahi, has revealed that insecurity in the South-East is politically-motivated.
Umahi, who made this known in an interview with newsmen, noted that insecurity worsened in the state after he dumped the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, for the All Progressives Congress, APC.
He maintained that despite the poor security situation in the country, President Muhammadu Buhari has performed well.
According to him, the security situation could have been worst without Buhari becoming the president.
