Ebonyi State governor, David Umahi has condemned the attack at the home of the Executive Chairman of Ikwo Local Government Area, Steve Orogwu.
Umahi condemned the ugly incident in a statement issued by his Special Assistant on Media and Publicity.
The statement commiserated with Orogwu and all those who lost their loved ones in the attack.
It called on security agencies to expedite action to unravel the perpetrators of the dastardly act.
Anambra State Governor, Chukwuma Soludo, has assured people of the state of adequate safety and protection.
