Buhari reacts to death of Air Force officers in Kaduna

President Muhammadu Buhari has reacted to the tragic death of two officers in a Nigerian Air Force plane crash in Kaduna state.
This was contained in a statement signed by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Femi Adesina, urged the Air Force to continue its investigations, and publish the recommendations of the reports of past investigations into air accidents.
The statement called for more safety measures to forestall tragic incidents of this kind.
