Court dismisses Kyari’s enforcement rights suit

A Federal High Court in Abuja, has dismissed a rights suit filed by suspended Deputy Commissioner of Police, Abba Kyari, against the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency, NDLEA.

Delivering judgement, the presiding judge, Inyang Ekwo dismissed the suit after counsel for the NDLEA, prayed the court to struck out the matter.

Justice Ekwo said he was informed that Counsel to Kyari sent a letter, praying the court for an adjournment.
