INEC Warns Political Parties Against Violating Electoral Timelines

Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, has warned political parties against violating the electoral timelines as amended in the new Electoral Act.

INEC National Commissioner and Chairman of Information and Voter Education Committee, Festus Okoye, said the Timetable provides detailed activities for the 2023 general Election.

Okoye disclosed that the commissioner will stick to the timelines and also monitor political parties’ primaries.
