Airline Operators of Nigeria threaten to sue FG

The Airline Operators of Nigeria, AON, has threatened to file a suit against the Federal Government over continued multiple entries granted to foreign airlines.

AON President, Yunusa Abdulmunaf, who was represented by the Vice President, Allen Onyema, disclosed this at the Breakfast Business Meeting organized by the Aviation Round Table, ART.

Abdulmunaf stated that the body has decided to challenge the government in the court of law on multiple entries to airlines.

The President lamented that billions were lost annually to multiple designations granted the foreign carriers, warning that if the policy continues unabated the domestic airlines would die.
