Kano Government Maps out N550 million for Ramadan Free Feeeding

Kano State Government has made N550 million provision for the free feeding programme during the Ramadan period.

The acting Governor, Nasiru Gawuna, stated this while flagging-off the programme in Kano, the state capital.

Gawuna said the essence of the programme, is to reduce hardship encountered by the less-privileged, to enable them observe Ramadan fast with comfort and ease.

He called on members of the Ramadan free feeding committee to discharge their duties judiciously.
