Osun State government has approved the conversion of the State College of Education, Ilesa to a university.
The State Governor, Adegboyega Oyetola, disclosed this during the commissioning of the Ijesa Geriatric Hospital.
Oyetola announced that the services of KPMG have been engaged to work out a sustainable plan for the project.
Recall that the governor had promised that the state government was considering upgrading the College of Education to a university
